At Frame World, we want you to love your view; if your new frames aren't the perfect fit for your home, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. We ensure a seamless process to help you find the ideal aesthetic for your space.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the frames in their original protective packaging and include all mounting hardware to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned frames, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
