How do I choose the correct frame size for my art?
We recommend measuring your artwork exactly. Our size options usually refer to the internal dimensions of the frame; if you use a mat, ensure the mat opening is slightly smaller than your print to hold it in place.
What kind of materials do you use for your frames?
Frame World uses high-quality solid wood, premium MDF, and gallery-grade aluminum. All frames come with shatter-resistant acrylic or tempered glass to protect your photos from UV damage.
How long does shipping take for custom frames?
Each frame is handcrafted to order. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days, and standard shipping takes an additional 2-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard-sized frames. Please note that custom-made frames are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
Will my frame arrive ready to hang?
Yes! Every frame includes pre-installed hanging hardware for both vertical and horizontal orientation, so you can display your art as soon as it arrives.
